Virtual Academic Tutoring
Personalized academic support, delivered online
Our tutoring program provides one-on-one and small-group academic support delivered entirely via our secure online platform. Qualified tutors work across all core subjects to reinforce virtual instruction and build genuine mastery — on the student's schedule, from any location.

Success Coaching
Virtual mentorship that builds confidence and character
Every Covenant student is paired with a dedicated Success Coach — a trained mentor who connects with students weekly via video call. Our coaches address the whole student: academic performance, emotional wellbeing, goal-setting, and long-term planning. All coaching is conducted virtually.

Local Extracurricular Connections
Linking students to community activities near home
Virtual learning should never mean social isolation. Covenant actively connects students to extracurricular opportunities in their own local communities — sports leagues, arts programs, service clubs, and more. We partner with local organizations in both urban and rural Texas to ensure every student has access to enriching activities outside of platform learning hours.

Limited On-Site Touchpoints
Covenant is a virtual educational platform. Our on-site presence is intentionally limited to two optional community touchpoints — study halls and parent open houses.
Optional Study Halls
For students who benefit from structured, supervised peer time, we offer optional in-person study hall sessions at local partner venues — libraries and community centers. Attendance is entirely voluntary.
Parent Open Houses
Seasonal in-person events where families meet Covenant staff, connect with other families, and get updates on student progress. Held at local community spaces. All follow-up is virtual.
