About Covenant

Our Mission, Our Model, Our People

Covenant Schools of Texas is a faith-based virtual educational platform for grades 6–12 — delivering instruction, coaching, and wrap-around support through accredited local partner institutions across Texas.

Who We Are

Covenant Schools of Texas is an educational management company focused on establishing and scaling Christian private education in Texas. We operate as a virtual educational platform — not a school — providing online instruction, personal coaching, and comprehensive wrap-around services for students in grades 6–12.

Covenant partners with locally accredited institutions — churches, nonprofits, and community organizations — to deliver its program. These partnerships are what make students eligible for the Texas Education Freedom Act (TEFA) scholarship. Covenant provides the platform, curriculum, coaching, and support; local partners provide the accredited institutional framework.

Our on-site presence is intentionally limited. We host optional study hall sessions at local community spaces for students who benefit from structured peer environments, and we hold parent open houses seasonally to keep families connected to the Covenant community. All instruction, coaching, and administrative services are delivered online.

At the heart of everything we do is a commitment to biblical identity formation alongside academic excellence — preparing students not just for college and careers, but for purposeful lives of impact.

How the Platform Works

Covenant is a platform, not a school. Here is how the model works for students, families, and partner institutions.

Core Delivery

100% Virtual Instruction

All classes are taught online by qualified instructors. Recorded sessions are available on-demand. Students need only a device and internet connection.

TEFA Gateway

Accredited Local Partners

Covenant partners with locally accredited institutions — churches, nonprofits, and community organizations — who provide the institutional framework for TEFA scholarship eligibility.

Full Support

Wrap-Around Support

Beyond instruction, Covenant provides tutoring, success coaching, CTE career planning, AP courses, and local extracurricular connections — all delivered through the platform.

Limited On-Site Presence

Optional in-person study hall sessions are available at local community spaces for students who benefit from structured peer time. Seasonal parent open houses are held at local venues. These are the only on-site touchpoints — all other services are virtual.

Where Families Connect

Parent open houses are our primary on-site touchpoint — warm, welcoming community events held at local venues where families meet the Covenant team, ask questions, and build relationships with other families in their area.

These events are held seasonally and are open to prospective and enrolled families alike. All follow-up communication, progress reviews, and coaching sessions continue virtually after the event.
